Why we started this.

Most apartment hunting in Dallas is broken. Listing sites show stale rents. Communities advertise "special pricing" that mysteriously disappears at the leasing office. Renters drive across town for tours of buildings that don't actually accept their dog. We started Rentals At Dallas because we got tired of watching friends and family go through it.

Today we're a small team of full-time Dallas locators. We've toured the buildings. We know the leasing managers. We know which "luxury" communities cut corners on appliances and which value-priced ones quietly outclass them. When you tell us what you actually want, we tell you the truth — including when something isn't a fit.
